Practice Owner & Clinician

Lindsay Bottoms, NCC, LPC, RPT-S, CPCS

My style of therapy is warm, interactive, and positive. I like to allow space for someone to explore things at their own pace while also recognizing when someone needs helpful direct support. I focus on finding strengths, to build resilience and master the challenges you sought to overcome. My promise is to ensure you are provided with a space where you will be heard, feel valued and appropriately and effectively challenged.

I utilize a trauma informed integrative approach based on your individual needs. This includes evidenced based practices in child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy including play therapy, art and sand tray therapy, expressive arts therapy, attachment and family therapy, interpersonal neurobiology and Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
