My style of therapy is interactive, positive, and encouraging. I hope to allow you or your child space to follow and explore things at a comfortable pace while also recognizing when helpful direct support is necessary. I focus on individual strengths, building resiliency and coping to master and achieve the challenges you or your family sought to overcome. I utilize an integrative approach based on a client’s individual needs. This includes evidenced based practices in child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy including play therapy, art and sand tray therapy, attachment and family focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I promise to ensure you are provided with a safe space where you will be heard, feel valued and effectively and appropriately challenged.
